Nagroda Super Lodo\u0142amacza<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.20.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”] The Lodo\u0142amacz statuette is a distinction for those who, while deciding to employ people with disabilities, at the same time pursue a friendly personnel policy towards them, break down barriers, and fight against the reluctance and indifference of society. The idea behind the competition is to reward companies, entrepreneurs and individuals who are outstandingly committed to solving the problems of people with disabilities, creating new and better-quality workplaces and seeing the sense and necessity of their professional activation.\u2019 The Jury awarded the Nautica Association in 2008 for its innovative activities for the integration and rehabilitation of people with disabilities, as it has been running diving lessons for this group of people for 10 years. This was reflected in the discussion on a nomination of the Nautica Association for the \u2018Butterfly 2000\u2019 award during a meeting of the Council of the Jolanta Kwasniewska's \u2018Communication Without Barriers\u2019 Foundation.\nThe award is given annually to three companies or organisations that contribute to breaking down barriers faced by people with disabilities. The decision was not an easy one, as scuba diving is still sometimes seen as an extreme sport. Much of the decision was made based on feedback from HSA students requested by members of the Foundation Council. One of the three \u2018Butterfly 2000\u2019 awards was given to the Association of the Centre for Underwater Tourism \u2018Nautica\u2019.\nThe award ceremony for the Butterfly 2000 diplomas took place at the Presidential Palace on 18 May 2001, at the same time as the \u2018Teraz Polska\u2019 awards. The diplomas were presented by the President of the Republic of Poland on behalf of Jolanta Kwa\u015bniewska.
